our members-only dating events aim to faciliate introductions with potential. this specific event is for our community of folks ages 33-42 that are interested in male/female dating. keep an eye out for our other events if this one isn't for you!
our members events are invite only, but if the above describes you, feel free to add yourself to the waitlist (select get tickets > waitlist) to register interest in attending. please note, these events are only open to folks that are pre-registered with meet irl and have agreed to our community guidelines. join our community here to receive future invites to curated events.
what to expect
- please arrive between 6.30-6.45pm to get settled and enjoy a complimentary glass of champagne - we'll also have a fun ice breaker going during this time! the event will start promptly at 7pm, with a short break built in to give time to take a breather & grab drinks. please help us run a smooth event by arriving no later than 6.45pm!
- once we get going, you'll chat with potential matches one-on-one, with conversation cards as optional prompts to keep the conversation fun and flowing. hosts will be on hand to let you know when its time to move on!
- drinks from lone owls's awesome menu will be available to purchase throughout the evening. a full food menu is also available at the venue - meet irl guests will enjoy 10% off the food member, so come early or plan to grab a bite after the event!
- after the event we encourage you to stick around, continue any fun conversations, and hang out with us at the bar! we end the structured part of the event around 8.30pm, so there's chance to follow up the evening with a one-on-one drink or to grab something to eat with anyone you'd like to get to know better, which we love and encourage!
- at the event of the event we invite your feedback and match requests, and share contact details for any mutual matches within 48 hrs. then it's over to you!
